Create Healthy — Blackbaud Grantmaking data service.

This service caches grant data from Blackbaud and serves it as read-only JSON for the Create Healthy website. It is not a website itself.

• /api/health
  Service status — database, Blackbaud connection, last sync
• /api/stats
  Headline totals, plus breakdown by focus area, county and year
• /api/partners
  Funded organisations. Filter with ?county= or ?focus=

Administrative routes are token-protected. Read-only: this service never writes to Create Healthy’s grants system.
